目的 :对黄独块茎中的黄酮及蒽醌类色素成分进行研究。方法 :柱色谱进行分离 ,UV ,IR ,MS ,1HNMR及13 CNMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果 :得到 2个黄酮化合物和 1个蒽醌成分。鉴定为 3,7 二甲氧基 5 ,4′ 二羟基黄酮、3,7 二甲氧基 5 ,3′ ,4′ 三羟基黄酮和大黄素。结论 :均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective : To study the flavonoids and anthraquinone pigment components in the tuber of Huangdi. Methods : Separation by column chromatography, UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR and 13 C NMR techniques were used to identify the structure of the compounds. Result: Two flavonoid compounds and one quinone component were obtained. It was identified as 3,7-dimethoxy-5,4’-dihydroxyflavone, 3,7-dimethoxy-5,3’,4’trihydroxyflavone and emodin. Conclusion : All were isolated from this plant for the first time.
