目的:探讨苦参汤对豚鼠心室肌细胞电生理效应的影响。方法:应用常规玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,观察苦参汤对豚鼠心室肌细胞动作电位0相幅值(APA),动作电位时程(APD),50%复极化时间(APD50),90%复极化时间(APD90)的影响作用。结果:(1)用20mg/mL的苦参汤灌流后与正常对照组相比动作电位0相幅值(APA)下降(P<0.05),(2)用40mg/mL的苦参汤灌流后与正常对照组相比动作电位0幅值(APA)下降(P<0.05),50%复极化时间(APD50)下降(P<0.05),(3)用80mg/mL的苦参汤灌流后与正常对照组相比动作电位0幅值(APA)下降(P<0.01),50%复极化时间(APD50)下降(P<0.01),90%复极化时间(APD90)下降(P<0.05),10min左右达到最大效应。结论:苦参汤能抑制豚鼠心室肌细胞动作电位0幅值,缩短动作电位时程。
Objective: To investigate the effect of kushen decoction on the electrophysiological effects of ventricular myocytes in guinea pigs. Methods: The effects of Kushen decoction on action potentials (APA), action potential duration (APD), 50% repolarization time (APD50), 90 % Repolarization time (APD90) effects. Results: (1) Compared with the normal control group, APA decreased (P <0.05) after treated with 20mg / mL Kushen decoction, (2) After 40mg / mL Kushen decoction Compared with the normal control group, APA decreased (P <0.05) and APD50 decreased (P <0.05). (3) After 80mg / mL Kushen decoction Compared with the normal control group, APA decreased (P <0.01), APD50 decreased (P <0.01) and APD90 decreased (P < 0.05), 10min or so to achieve the maximum effect. Conclusion: Kushen Decoction can inhibit the amplitude of action potential of guinea pig ventricular myocytes and shorten the action potential duration.
