消防行政执法规范化建设是一项涉及统一执法思想、规范执法主体、完善执法制度、规范执法行为、强化执法监督和执法信息化建设等内容的系统工程,没有行政执法的规范就没有队伍的规范、业务的发展和形象的提升。本文在立足消防行政执法规范化中的突出问题基础上,深度反思和剖析实践中消防行政执法规范化的重重困境,寻求全面推进消防行政执法规范化建设的对策,以期能够得到更多同仁更加深入的研究。
