郑州市中原应用技术研究所是一家以化工技术研究、开发为主的科研单位,他们自行研制生产的“中空玻璃聚硫胶”产品投放市场后,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。2000年5月,所里曾分管此项技术课题研制开发的所长助理刘明不辞而别,跳槽到杭州某有机硅化工有限公司,担任副总工程师、副总经理。随后,杭州公司生产的中空玻璃聚硫胶以异常的低价投放市场销售,造成中原研究所的同类产品销量下降、客户大量流失。
