应用竞争性酶联免疫吸附试验检测血小板表面相关IgG含量,并对71例各类血小板减少患者进行观察。原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)92％以上自身抗体为P_AIgG,而其它病例则P_AIgG阳性率较低。
Competitive ELISA was used to detect the level of IgG in platelet surface, and 71 patients with all kinds of thrombocytopenia were observed. More than 92% of autoantibodies to essential thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) were P_AIgG, whereas P_AIgG was lower in other cases.
