我国自建国以来一直延用苏联式的计划预期检修制,并于此基础上逐步建立了一套比较完整的维修体制,在当时历史条件下起到了良好的作用。但经过近40年实践证明,原有维修体制弊病很多,已很不适应当今施工实际,影响施工机械效率的发挥。上海宝钢总厂工程指挥部自1978年建设以来具有机动车检测站,能测定车辆制动力、速度、侧滑、车轮转角、灯光检查、烟度排气量、音量等八个指标。1984年以来于宝钢工地逐步配置了发动机测试仪、液压试验器、光电转速表、噪声计等检测仪器,于1985年起在宝冶及廿冶两单位指定机管先进
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, we have been extending the Soviet Union’s planned anticipatory maintenance system, and on this basis, we have gradually established a relatively complete maintenance system, which has played a good role under the historical conditions at that time. However, after nearly 40 years of practice, it has proved that the original maintenance system has a lot of drawbacks, and it is very uncomfortable that this construction practice will affect the efficiency of construction machinery. Since its construction in 1978, Shanghai Baosteel Plant Engineering Command has a vehicle inspection station that can measure eight indicators such as vehicle braking force, speed, side slip, wheel angle, light inspection, smoke displacement, and volume. Since 1984, Baosteel has gradually deployed engine testers, hydraulic testers, photoelectric tachometers, and noise meters, etc., at Baosteel’s construction site. Since 1985, it has developed advanced machines in Baoye and Yanye.
