前几年,我们在应用刚性镗铰工艺加工φ30以上的阀孔时,总不能得到满意的效果。经分析,刀杆太粗,又是刚性联接,因此刚性太大,致使加工的阀孔达不到预想的效果。我们在刀杆的形状和热处理的工艺上作了相应的改变。在刀杆上切槽,槽宽为定位导套的三分之一,槽底直径为φ25,用于降低刚性;刀杆材料采用45号钢,由淬火改为调质。切削量及冷却液见下表:
