探讨蜂胶对血液流变学的影响,给予兔子每天按时喂食一定剂量的蜂胶,服前与服用一周后分别测定全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积等血液流变学指标。结果表明:高黏滞性血症兔子经一段时间喂食后,血液黏度降低,血液流变学指标中的其他指标也均有不同程度的改善,差异显著或极为显著。而且在一定范围内随着蜂胶剂量的增加,降低的幅度加大,呈量效正相关。说明蜂胶制剂有降低血液黏度的作用,有助于某些心脑血管疾病的防治。
To investigate the effect of propolis on blood rheology, rabbits were given a certain amount of propolis on time every day. Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and other hemorheological parameters were measured before and after taking a week. The results showed that hyperviscosity in rabbits after a period of feeding, the blood viscosity decreased, and other indicators in hemorheology indexes also improved to varying degrees, the difference was significant or extremely significant. And in a certain range, with the increase of propolis dose, the reduction range increased, showing a positive correlation between dose and effect. This shows that propolis preparations have the effect of lowering blood viscosity, which is helpful for the prevention and treatment of certain cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
