目前,我国各生产铸造铝合金厂家所用的Al—Si中间合金,一般还是沿用书本上介绍的方法,且含Si量一般在11.0~13.0%,最高也不超过15.0%。这样,在生产铝合金铸件时,所使用的Al—Si中间合金量增加,使制备Al—Si中间合金次数增加。这不仅会增加能源的消耗,且降低了生产效率。而我厂目前生产铝合金铸件所用的Al—Si中间合金含Si量为25.0%左右,因而减少了Al—Si中间合金的制备次数,提高了生产效率。我厂生产铝合金所用的中间合金,是我厂自己制备的。生产ZL101、ZL702A1等牌号的铸件,效果一直很好。 下面将把我厂熔化Al—Si中间合金的方法概括如下。
