随着疾病谱改变、人民健康需要的提高，以及健康观和医学模式的转变，生存质量测量显得日益重要。作者研制了鼻咽癌生存质量量表。该量表由２０个指标构成，包括共性指标和个性指标，覆盖了生存质量的身体机能、精神心理、社会活动、症状及副反应等４个方面。在这一工作的基础上，通过保留共性指标、开发不同疾病的个性指标，可以使生存质量测量从鼻咽癌拓展到其他癌症和慢性病。
With the change of disease spectrum, the improvement of people’s health needs, and the change of health concept and medical model, the measurement of the quality of life becomes more and more important. The authors developed a nasopharyngeal cancer quality of life scale. The scale consists of 20 indicators, including common indicators and personality indicators, covering the quality of life of the physical function, mental health, social activities, symptoms and side effects in four aspects. On the basis of this work, the development of quality indicators for different diseases can help to extend the measurement of quality of life from nasopharyngeal cancer to other cancers and chronic diseases by preserving common indicators.
