以肉桂酸为内标，采用HPLC法测定了人血浆中布洛芬的含量。色谱条件为：C18柱，甲醇-20mmol/L冲液（70：30）为流动相，检测波长221nm，最低检出限lng。布洛芬颗粒剂在健康人体内药动学参数为：Ka=1.20／h，（T1/2）β=2·42／h，CL=4·45L／Tm=l·59h。
Using cinnamic acid as internal standard, the content of ibuprofen in human plasma was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions: C18 column, methanol -20mmol / L buffer solution (70:30) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 221nm, the minimum detection limit lng. Pharmacokinetic parameters of ibuprofen granules in healthy volunteers were: Ka = 1.20 / h, (T1 / 2) β = 2.42 / h, CL = 4.55L / Tm = 1.59h.
