在我国现阶段,土地是农村妇女最基本的生产生活资料和最重要的物质保障,土地承包和相关经济权益是直接涉及农村妇女利益的重要权益,切实保障农村妇女的土地承包和相关经济权益,对于依法维护妇女权益,调动广大农村妇女积极参与社会主义新农村建设具有十分重要的现实意义,对于促进社会公平正义,构建社会主义和谐社会将产生积极而深远的影响。
