社会主义社会中劳动者个人发展的问题,包括劳动者个人在社会主义社会中的地位、价值、作用、权利、责任、自由、积极性、个性发展等等问题,是一个具有最广泛群众性的大问题。改革开放以来,个人自主活动、自行选择、自我发展的领域逐步扩大。但个人价值问题的理论研究却似乎还没得到应有的重视。当前,发展社会主义市场经济,加强社会主义民主政治建设,迫切要求认真研究劳动者个人问题的现实与理论,探索更好发挥劳动者积极性的途径。斯蒂文·卢科
The problems of the personal development of laborers in socialist society, including the status, value, role, rights, responsibilities, freedom, enthusiasm and personality development of the laborer’s individual in a socialist society, are among the most extensive problem. Since the reform and opening up, the fields in which individuals independently exercise their own choices and self-development have gradually expanded. However, the theoretical study of the problem of personal value does not seem to have received due attention. At present, developing the socialist market economy and stepping up the building of a socialist democratic politics urgently require the study of the realities and theories of the laborer’s personal problems and to explore ways of giving better play to the enthusiasm of laborers.
