目的研究分析超声造影在下肢深静脉血栓介入性治疗中有何应用价值。方法选取2016年2月-2017年2月该院收治的53例下肢深静脉血栓患者,采用超声造影技术为患者进行临床诊断,根据造影剂在患者内壁的分布情况判断患者的下肢深静脉的溶栓情况。结果根据造影剂位置,可判断病变位置,溶栓导管根据造影位置进行定位溶栓。进行溶栓和的患者临床症状明显改善,下肢肿胀、压痛感消失。且无其他并发症。结论采用超声造影技术为下肢深静脉血栓患者进行定位溶栓临床效果好,能够有效为临床治疗提供可靠依据,值得临床采用。
Objective To study the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the interventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 53 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities admitted to the hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients were diagnosed by ultrasound contrast technique. According to the distribution of contrast medium in the inner wall of patients, Tying situation. Results According to the location of contrast agent, can determine the location of lesions, thrombolytic catheter according to the location of angiography positioning thrombolysis. Patients with thrombolysis and clinical symptoms improved significantly lower limb swelling, tenderness disappeared. And no other complications. Conclusion The clinical effect of using contrast-enhanced ultrasound to locate thrombolysis in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is good, which can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
