Interpreters require translators to be proficient in at least two languages, expressive, responsive, fluid and able to withstand the intense mental and manual work of free transition between the two languages. Psychobiologists and linguists have proved by research and experiment that the second language, perception, rapid expression and so on are mainly accomplished by the human right brain. At the same time, the necessary native language skills and logical thinking of the interpreter require the support of the left brain. Therefore, people who are well-developed in the left and right brains, ie, those who are capable of double brain activity, are ideal candidates for interpreting work. Due to the partial deviation of the human brain, the vast majority of people think mainly of left brain thinking. The author creatively proposes that finding suitable interpreters can be carried out by testing the right brain competence of the candidate; An effective way to develop potential is to develop the right brain that activates the right brain.
