目的:探讨供应室护理职业暴露危险因素与防控对策。方法:选择我院2015年8月至2017年4月期间供应室护理职业暴露情况与危险因素,研究对应防护措施,主要调查期间20名护理工作人员工作记录。结果:在危险情况中,锐器损伤90%,紫外线85%,化学试剂60%,烫伤35%,血液污染30%,噪音20%,其他为15%。结论:供应室护理职业暴露危险因素较多,需要针对可能存在的隐患做好安全防护处理,有效的保障护理人员工作效率与安全。
Objective: To explore the risk factors and prevention and control measures of occupational exposure in nursing home. Methods: To select occupational exposure and risk factors of supply room nursing between August 2015 and April 2017 in our hospital, and to study the corresponding protective measures and the working record of 20 nursing staff in the main investigation period. Results: In dangerous situations, sharp injury was 90%, ultraviolet 85%, chemical reagent 60%, scald 35%, blood contamination 30%, noise 20% and others 15%. Conclusion: There are many risk factors for occupational exposure to nursing care in nurseries. It is necessary to make safety precautions against possible hidden dangers so as to effectively guarantee the work efficiency and safety of nurses.
