在银行借贷渠道缩紧的境况下,众多企业纷纷借助境内股市自救。企业借力股票市场,以上市、借壳、增发等多种方式筹资。据不完全统计,截至2008年5月23日,先后有12家房地产企业公布了借壳上市方案。中南房地产借壳大连金牛,将其下属的房地产业务以及工程总承包业务置人大连金牛,大连金牛于2008年5月向中南房地产定向增发53884.5267万股。2007年11月23日,格力电器公开增发获得证监会核准,公司将增发不超过5000万股新股。
