10日国家物价局发布《关于委托职工价格监督组织查处价格违法行为的暂行规定》。其中规定,职工价格监督组织对有价格违法行为的单位或个人,可按照物价部门的物价检查机构委托的范围、权限和程序进行查处。收缴的罚没款由物价检查机构统一上缴财政。 11日人民日报报道,国家物价局负责人说,今年以来我国零售物价指数上涨幅度较低,今后几个月市场物价将不会有大的变化,国家将充分考虑人民群众的承受能力,严格控制调价项目的出台。
