A foreword The Qing Dynasty textual critic Wang Ming-sheng (1722-1797) once commented on “Changanzhi” compiled by Song Minqiu (1019-1079) during the Northern Song Dynasty: there were only a few survivors from the Tang Dynasty before the Tang Dynasty and no less than 20 were preserved by the Song and Yuan Dynasties, However, all the books of the South, the North only this ambition and Yu Qin “Qi multiplication” ear. And Changan Han and Tang dynasties are located, especially for the feats, the record especially should be added.
