王统照(1897-1957),字剑三。山东诸城人。现代文学史上著名作家,曾任山东省文联主席、文化厅厅长等职。本刊第一任主编。包干夫(1920-2008),曾用名:包如谦、戈振缨。山东蓬莱人。曾任山东省文联秘书长、党组副书记、驻会副主席、山东文化局副局长。
