由于恒弹性合金3J53具有强度高、韧性好、导热性差等特性,加工时易出现切削力大、切削温度高、切屑处理困难、刀具耐用度低等问题,故该材料的切削加工在现代航空工业和机械工业中仍是一个很困难的问题。本文研究了恒弹性合金3J53的超声波振动车削问题,用 GJD—5E 型光洁度测量仪测定了轮廓的平均算术偏差 R_a,对比了超声波振动车削和普通车削的刀具耐用度,最后指出超声波振动车削恒弹性合金3J53时,轮廓的平均算术偏差值可以达到0.1~0.38μm,刀具耐用度比普通车削提高13.5倍。
Due to the characteristics of high strength, good toughness and poor thermal conductivity, the permanent elastic alloy 3J53 is prone to cutting force, high cutting temperature, difficult chip processing and low tool durability when machining. Therefore, the material processing in the modern aviation industry And the machinery industry is still a very difficult issue. In this paper, we studied the ultrasonic vibration turning of the constant elastic alloy 3J53, measured the average arithmetic deviation R_a of GJD-5E, and compared the tool durability of the ultrasonic vibration turning and ordinary turning. Finally, we pointed out that the ultrasonic vibration turning constant elasticity Alloy 3J53, the outline of the average arithmetic deviation value can reach 0.1 ~ 0.38μm, tool life increased 13.5 times than ordinary turning.
