1、概述西德Hoesch钢铁厂把计算机应用于热风炉生产、使热风炉在计算机控制下,每时每刻向高炉提供温度合乎标准的热风。计算机根据高炉出现的负荷情况,自动调整各项额定值,和进行热风炉的加热——送风变换过程。在保证不发生燃烧困难前提下,尽可能减少渗入到高炉煤气中的高热值煤气量。该设备效率达85%。
