患者男性,23岁,于1962年11月16日入院。入院前50天开始有发热、头痛及周身不适,35天前无诱因地出现腹泻,每日4～5次,均为暗红色稀便,持续一周,同时伴有阵发性脐周疼痛,未经特殊治疗而逐渐缓解,又10日后再次出现发热、精神委靡、食欲不振、无腹痛、大便稀褐色1日1～2次而入院。入院时检查:一般情况欠佳,消瘦,贫血貌,体温39℃,脉搏110次/分,心肺正常,腹平软,脐周轻度压痛,肠鸣音较强,肝脾未触及。
