随着我国社会的发展,以及对农村教育的大力投入,农村寄宿制小学管理工作有了很大的发展。但是在实践当中我们也看到一些问题,所以在农村寄宿制小学管理中要积极的进行探索,加强管理机制的建设,细化管理环节,有效的落实管理制度等,只有这样才能使得农村寄宿制小学管理工作顺利有效的展开。本文将从现实工作中出现的问题进行分析研究,进而找到合理的解决策略。
