发现几种国产粘土可以代替经典Lewis酸催化Макии反应,并对其中一种C-2粘土催化作用进行了较为详细的研究。当用不同底物对Макии反应进行考察时,发现对于无强吸电子基取代的芳香族底物,色谱产率可达88%以上,对于脂肪族底物,则色谱产率为55-75%。有证据表明这种催化反应也可能是通过正碳离子中间体进行的。本反应的产物1,1,3-三乙氧基化合物(Ⅱ)经乙酸/乙酸钠溶液水解可得反式α,β-不饱和醛(Ⅲ)。水解产率:芳香族产物大于90%,脂肪族产物大于75%。
It has been found that several Chinese-made clays can replace the classical Lewis acid-catalyzed Макии reaction and the catalysis of one of the C-2 clays has been studied in more detail. When the Макии reaction was investigated with different substrates, the chromatographic yield was found to be above 88% for aromatic substrates without strong electron withdrawing groups and from 55 to 75% for aliphatic substrates . There is evidence that this catalytic reaction may also be carried out through the carbanionic intermediates. The 1,1,3-triethoxy compound (II) of the present reaction is hydrolyzed by acetic acid / sodium acetate solution to obtain trans α, β-unsaturated aldehyde (Ⅲ). Hydrolysis yield: aromatic product is greater than 90%, aliphatic product is greater than 75%.
