The dental Ti-10Zr-xCu alloy containing Cu was prepared by non-consumable electric arc furnace (WS-4). The effects of Cu on dental properties were studied by means of phase analysis, microstructure observation, hardness and wear resistance test. Ti-10Zr alloy structure and wear resistance. The results show that the alloy consists of α main phase and a small amount of β phase. With the increase of Cu content, the proportion of β phase in the alloy increases and the fine grain strengthening effect gradually strengthens. Vickers hardness of the alloy increased from 230 MPa to 290 MPa, 5% to 26% higher than the Ti-10Zr alloy. At the same time, with the increase of Cu content, the wear resistance of the alloy is weakened and the abrasive wear action is gradually weakened, and the wear resistance is significantly improved. When the copper content is 3%, the alloy has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
