板层角膜植片不要求组织活性,只要求保存角膜支架结构便可应用于临床。因此保存的方法要求也比较简单。最常用的保存方法有两种即甘油脱水法与无水氯化钙脱水法。用此法保存的角膜应用于临床行治疗性板层角膜移植国内已有较多的病例
