三年中(1955年1月-1957年12月)我院共收治了1015名结核病人,现已出院的有947例,其中经大多数是肺结核病人,而住院患者每天最多者达109人,最少者50人,平均每天有70-80人。工作人员:医生最多5人,最少2人,平均3-4人。护士最多者13人,最少者6人,平均8-9人。在工作多人员不足的情况下,由于全科积极工作,三年来在各项医疗护理工作上,未发生任何医疗事故,现将我科几年来未发生医疗事故的原因分析如下:1.对上级规定的各项制度,都能认真执行,贯徹,如效去的三制和单处方制、分级护理制、查对制、交接班制等制度。直到现在好的制度仍很好的贯徹着,例如病人入院时,护士能很好的介绍院规和本科内的情况及作息时间,热心的照顾新入院

For superiors The various systems that are stipulated can all be implemented conscientiously and implemented, such as the three-system and single-prescription systems that are effective, hierarchical nursing systems, check systems, and shift systems. Until now, the good system is still well implemented. For example, when a patient is admitted to the hospital, the nurse can describe the conditions of the institution and the undergraduate program and the schedule of work, and he enthusiastically takes care of the new admission.
