采用模糊集合可靠度方法,以工程设计中龙门起重机支腿架设计为例,建立了支腿架多目标模糊优化设计的数学模型。选择模糊强度隶属函数,利用面向对象技术,将所有的函数封装在一起。确定模糊多目标函数的模糊性和约束的模糊性,并应用最优水平截集法实现了模糊约束到实数区域上的集合转换。通过实例证明,在工程设计中应用多目标模糊优化方法是可行和有效的。
By using the method of fuzzy set reliability and taking the design of the outrigger of the gantry crane in engineering design as an example, the mathematic model of the multi-objective fuzzy optimization design of the outrigger was established. Select the fuzzy strength membership function, the use of object-oriented technology, all the functions together. The fuzziness of the fuzzy multi-objective function and the fuzziness of the constraint are determined. The set-wise transformation from fuzzy constraint to real area is implemented by the optimal horizontal cut-off method. Through examples, it is feasible and effective to apply multi-objective fuzzy optimization in engineering design.
