平政发〔2007〕105号2007年7月16日各县(区)人民政府,市直各部门:为了全面贯彻落实《甘肃省人民政府关于进一步加强新型农村合作医疗管理工作的意见》(甘政发[2007]35号文件)精神,进一步加强全市新型农村合作医疗(以下简称“新农合”)规范管理工作,降低管理成本,提高运行效率,更加便于农民群众就医看病、报销费用,提高参合农民受益程度,全面推进新农合制度建设,现提出如下意见。

With regard to the extent to which farmers have benefited and comprehensively promote the construction of the new rural cooperative medical system, the following opinions are now proposed.
