认知语言学认为,转喻不仅仅是一种修辞方法,更是人类的一种认知策略,思维方式。本文以话剧《雷雨》前两幕里的请求言语行为话语为脚本,探讨人们在交际中是如何运用言语转喻来维护交谈双方面子的。
Cognitive linguistics believes that metonymy is not only a rhetorical method, but also a cognitive strategy and thinking mode of human beings. This essay uses the request speech act discourse in the first two scenes of the drama Thunderstorm as a script to explore how people use the speech metonymy in communication to maintain both sides of the conversation.
