近日,为了鼓励科研机构、高等学校及其科研人员研究发高新技术、转化科技成果,发展高新技术产业,进一步落实《中华人民共和国科学技术进步法》和《中华人民共和国促进科技成果转化法》,科技部、教育部、人事部、财政部、中国人民银行、国家税务总局、国家工商行政管理局联合推出《关于促进科技成果转化的若干规定》。
Recently, in order to encourage scientific research institutes, higher education institutions and their researchers to research and develop high and new technologies, transform scientific and technological achievements, develop high and new technology industries, further implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on Science and Technology Progress and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Finance, People's Bank of China, State Administration of Taxation and State Administration for Industry and Commerce jointly promulgated the “Several Provisions on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements.”
