从产品用户满意度的角度出发,说明航天企业建立产品用户满意度指标体系的意义,探讨建立用户满意度指标体系的原则和用户满意度指标体系的内容。最后,提出航天企业提高产品用户满意度的途径。
From the perspective of product user satisfaction, this paper illustrates the significance of establishing an index system of product user satisfaction for aerospace enterprises and discusses the establishment of the index system of user satisfaction and the content of user satisfaction index system. Finally, put forward the way for aerospace enterprises to improve the satisfaction of product users.
