以滴涂法在玻碳电极表面修饰一层阳离子交换聚合物Nafion膜,通过离子交换将Ni2+固定于电极表面,进一步电化学沉积得到相互交联的Ni纳米片。Ni纳米片修饰电极能催化葡萄糖的电化学氧化,可用于无酶葡萄糖传感器的构建。在0.60 V恒电位条件下,Ni纳米片修饰电极的氧化峰电流随葡萄糖浓度的增大而增大,其线性响应浓度范围为0.02~3.85 mmol/L。传感器的检测灵敏度为150.6μA(mmol/L)-1·cm-2,检出限为5μmol/L,响应时间为5 s。传感器应用于葡萄糖注射液的检测,加标回收率为90.0%。
A layer of cation exchange polymer Nafion membrane was modified on the surface of glassy carbon electrode by dropping method. Ni2 + was immobilized on the surface of electrode by ion exchange, and further electrochemically deposited to obtain the cross-linked Ni nanosheets. Ni nanoplate modified electrode can catalyze the electrochemical oxidation of glucose, which can be used for the construction of enzyme-free glucose sensor. Under the constant potential of 0.60 V, the oxidation peak current of Ni nanosheets modified electrode increased with the increase of glucose concentration, and the linear response concentration ranged from 0.02 to 3.85 mmol / L. The detection sensitivity of the sensor was 150.6μA (mmol / L) -1 · cm-2, the detection limit was 5μmol / L and the response time was 5s. The sensor was applied to the detection of glucose injection with the recovery of 90.0%.
