From the late 1970s to the present, successful methods of high-pressure liquid flow cutting have been studied in the countries such as the Soviet Union, Australia and Canada to cut metal (aluminum, magnesium, steel) and nonmetal (marble, granite, plastic, rubber, fur, etc.) ). The principle of the high-pressure liquid flow cutting method is that the water or the emulsion is ejected from the nozzle orifice (diameter 0.076 to 0.29 mm) of the jet cutter under the pressure of the high-pressure pump (100 to 220 MPa), losing the kinetic energy at the instant of contact with the material to be processed , A huge pressure on the material. The jet cutter has a power of 150 (kw) and a liquid flow of about 80L per minute through the nozzle.
