伴随我国国民经济的快速发展和居民消费层次的上升,国内珠宝行业也蓬勃兴起,作为全国珠宝生产与加工需求最旺盛的广东地区对专业的珠宝鉴定和加工综合型人才需求也与日俱增,专业性人才紧缺的现状推动了学校人才培养目标和方式的改革。结合爱迪尔珠宝“联合办学”人才战略合作模式的成功案例,对宝玉石工艺与鉴定专业新型学徒制人才培养这一课程体系、办学模式、师资队伍等多方面进行了全面分析。
With the rapid development of our national economy and the rise of the consumption level of residents, the domestic jewelry industry is also booming. As the most demand-oriented jewelry production and processing industry in Guangdong, there is an increasing demand for specialized talents for the identification and processing of specialized jewelery. The current situation of shortage has promoted the reform of the goal and method of school personnel training. Combining the success stories of the strategic cooperation model of “Editing Jewelry” and “Running Schools”, this paper comprehensively analyzes the curricular system, mode of running a school and the team of teachers in the training of new apprenticeship talents in gem processing and appraisal specialty.
