目的 研究食管癌 P2 7、P5 3和 PCNA基因表达及临床意义。方法 免疫组化 Sp- plus法检测 88例食管鳞癌中 P2 7、 P5 3和 PCNA基因的表达。结果 食管鳞癌中 P2 7、 P5 3基因表达阳性率分别为 4 0 .9%和 5 6 .8%。P2 7基因表达与肿瘤组织分化、有无区域淋巴结转移有关 ,与肿瘤长度、浸润深度、TNM分期不相关 ,P2 7蛋白表达与 PCNA标定级数呈负相关。而 P5 3基因表达与以上的因素均不相关 ,P5 3表达阳性及 P2 7表达阴性提示预后较差。结论 P2 7和 P5 3蛋白表达的检测可能成为判断食管癌预后的指标 ,指导患者的临床治疗 ,并为早期诊断食管癌提供参考
Objective To study the gene expression and clinical significance of esophageal carcinoma P2 7, P5 3 and PCNA. Methods The expression of P2 7, P5 3 and PCNA in 88 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry Sp-plus method. Results The positive rates of P2 7 and P5 3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 40.9% and 56.8%, respectively. The expression of P2 7 was related to tumor differentiation and regional lymph node metastasis, but not to tumor length, invasion depth and TNM stage. The expression of P2 7 protein was negatively correlated with the level of PCNA. The P53 gene expression and the above factors are not related, P5 3 expression and negative expression of P2 7 prognosis is poor. Conclusion The detection of P2 7 and P5 3 protein expression may be an index to judge the prognosis of esophageal cancer and guide the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer, and provide a reference for the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer
