国有企业改革是一场深刻革命,同时也是一项长期而艰巨的任务。如何进一步深化改革,妥善解决好深层次矛盾和问题,不仅要有克难攻坚的勇气和决心,更要有将思路变成措施、目标变成现实的能力和水平。结合自身工作实践思考,笔者认为在推进国有企业改革中,必须着力提高国资国企干部队伍的“改制重组能力、债务化解能力、资本运营能力、职工安置能力、企业托管能力、股权激励能力”等六方面能力。
