β-内啡肽是一种鸦片类多肽,产自不同器官如脑垂体和胎盘,在周围体液中,包括羊水及胎儿血中也已发现。虽然脐血及羊水中β-内啡肽浓度的变化与胎儿成熟与完好有关,但其在羊水中的生理作用仍不清楚。吗啡及其他鸦片类物质影响平滑肌收缩。羊水中β-内啡肽水平在妊娠进展中逐渐减少,可能涉及妊娠维持与分娩开始。为此,本文研究自发临产前后羊水β-内啡肽水平。受试对象为27例足月孕妇。一组14例未临产,其中11例行选择性剖腹产;另一组13例早期临产,宫口开大2~5 cm而行剖腹产,前次剖腹产11例,另2例为臀位。未临产组内有2例B级糖尿病、1例慢性轻度高血压。进入产程者均健康,未破膜,均未服药。硬膜下麻醉用于4例未临产及5例临产孕妇,其余均用全麻。为了比较,另取16~20孕周中期妊娠的羊水12例。羊水标本为剖腹产时直接羊水穿刺。标本放入含乙二胺四乙酸及杆菌肽的冰冻管中,于4℃中离
Beta-endorphin is an opiate polypeptide produced in different organs such as the pituitary and placenta and has also been found in the surrounding body fluids, including amniotic fluid and fetal blood.
