本文报告用重组hGH治疗9例特发性hGH缺乏儿童的疗效。治疗1年,身高生长速率由2.6±0.2增至10.7±0.5cm/年。剂量每周0.7 IU/kg、分7日皮下注射者比每周0.5 IU/kg、分3日肌肉注射者疗效更好。用药后除3例血清T_4降低,2例有未妨碍生长速度的抗hGH抗体外,无其他副作用。
This article reports the efficacy of recombinant hGH in the treatment of 9 children with idiopathic hGH deficiency. After 1 year of treatment, the height growth rate increased from 2.6 ± 0.2 to 10.7 ± 0.5cm / year. The dose of 0.7 IU / kg per week, subcutaneous injection of 7 sub-0.5 IU / kg per week, 3-day intramuscular injection is better. After treatment, except for 3 cases of serum T_4 decreased, 2 cases did not hinder the growth rate of anti-hGH antibody, no other side effects.
