作者于1985～1988年,对22名唇腭裂患者(男12名、女10名)的腭裂部进行了自体骨移植观察。唇腭裂类型为:单侧唇腭裂18名,双侧唇腭裂4名。骨移植前后均与正畸治疗密切配合,其程序为:①正畸科定期检查:是否骨移植(改善牙槽突及进行牙移动等)适应症。②外科会诊:确定术前矫正要求、术式、手术时间。③术前正畸:腭裂部扩大、拔牙、排齐牙列。④骨移植手术:残孔封闭、恢复牙槽嵴、稳定上腭弓。⑤术后正畸治疗。骨移植术年龄为8～17岁,移植骨采用皮质骨者9
