用大承气汤加饥饱失常饮食塑造大鼠消化功能紊乱的脾虚模型 ,观察四君子汤对大鼠胃粘膜细胞形态学、酶组织化学和胃肠激素的影响。结果 ,模型组大鼠胃粘膜细胞受损 ,CA和SDH以及ATPase活性降低 ,血浆胃泌素水平下降 ,胃动素和胰高血糖素升高 ;四君子汤组大鼠上述指标均得以明显改善而接近对照组。说明四君子汤可能通过保护胃粘膜细胞 ,调整胃肠激素的分泌 ,促进胃肠道对葡萄糖等营养物质的吸收 ,继之改善机体的物质能量代谢而发挥对机体整体的调节效应。
