改革开放以来,我国直接投资项下长期保持净流入态势,外国投资者权益1滞留境内的规模不断增加,若外方滞留权益集中兑付流出,有可能对我国的国际收支平衡产生冲击。因此,有必要建立完善的外方权益统计监测制度,及时反映外方权益情况,以便准确掌握国际收支情况、监测外方权益规模、促进国际收支平衡。本文在分析常见抽样调查方法的基础上,着重研究PPS抽样方法在外方权益调查中应用的优势,以江苏省为例,对外资企业外方权益调查进行验证,并提出相关建议。
Since the reform and opening up, the direct inflow of China’s direct investment has maintained a net inflow for a long time. The scale of foreign investors’ rights and interests 1 stranded in the territory has been continuously increasing. If the rights and interests of foreign residents are cashed in and out of cash, the balance of payments may have an impact on China’s balance of payments. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a sound statistical monitoring system for foreign interests, to timely reflect the rights and interests of foreign partners in order to accurately grasp the balance of payments, monitor the scale of foreign interests and promote the balance of payments. Based on the analysis of common sampling methods, this paper focuses on the application of PPS sampling method in the investigation of foreign equity. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper verifies the investigation of foreign equity of foreign funded enterprises and puts forward some suggestions.
