目的观察喘可治注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期脾肾阳虚证患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用喘可治注射液,疗程均为3个月。观察患者治疗前后肺功能、中医证候积分及生活质量的变化。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组生活质量评分[包括呼吸症状、活动能力、疾病影响和圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)总分]较治疗前下降,对照组除疾病影响部分外,其余生活质量评分较治疗前下降,治疗组疾病影响部分和SGRQ总分治疗后下降幅度大于对照组。结论喘可治注射液可以减轻COPD稳定期脾肾阳虚证患者临床症状,改善生活质量,未见明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Chuankezhi Injection on clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with stable spleen-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Chuankezhi Injection on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine. The course of treatment was 3 months. Before and after treatment of patients with lung function, TCM syndrome scores and quality of life changes. Results The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group. The quality of life scores (including respiratory symptoms, mobility, disease effects and SGRQ score) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment , The control group except for the disease affected part, the rest of the quality of life score decreased compared with before treatment, the treatment group disease and SGRQ total score decreased more significantly after treatment than the control group. Conclusion Chuankezhi injection can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with COPD with stable spleen and kidney-yang deficiency syndrome, improve the quality of life, and no obvious adverse reactions.
