目的:研究多棘海星乙醇提取物对小鼠血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:将多棘海星粉碎后,用无水乙醇提取,通过硅胶柱层析进行组分分离。将各组分分别腹腔注射小鼠后,用ELISA法检测小鼠血清中IL-4与IFN-γ的水平。结果:多棘海星乙醇提取物通过硅胶柱层析分离后,获取8个组分。多棘海星乙醇提取物的组分III和VIII能刺激小鼠产生较高水平的IL-4和IFN-γ。结论:所分离的多棘海星乙醇提取物组分III和VIII刺激小鼠产生高水平的IL-4和IFN-γ,具有自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞激活剂的作用特征。提示多棘海星中可能含有能活化NKT细胞的活性物质。
Objective: To study the effect of ethanol extract of Spinachia occidentalis on serum IL-4 and IFN-γ in mice. METHODS: After the spiny sea urchin was pulverized, it was extracted with absolute ethanol and separated by silica gel column chromatography. After intraperitoneal injection of each component, the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum of mice were detected by ELISA. RESULTS: Eight components were obtained after the ethanolic extracts of D. spinosa were separated by silica gel column chromatography. Components III and VIII of Acanthopanax senticosus ethanol extract can stimulate mice to produce higher levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ. CONCLUSIONS: Isolated fractions of spinach Ethanol Extract components III and VIII stimulate mice to produce high levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ, which are characteristic of natural killer T (NKT) cell activators. Tip Spinosae may contain active substances that can activate NKT cells.
