能源是国民经济的基础。随着国民经济的发展,一方面能源需求日趋紧张,另一方面能源浪费严重。据国家统计局报道,我国单位产值的能耗高于先进国家2—5倍。目前我国的电力和石油供应还处于紧张状态,由于缺电使部分生产设备不能发挥作用,甚至被迫停产。降低电耗、节约电能是能源工作者的迫切任务,节电途径很多,而最根本、最有效的途径是开发新工艺以降低电耗、节约电能。一、分别电解二氧化锰和锌工艺的电耗高二氧化锰生产有电解法和化学法两种,般采用电解法。以软锰矿为原料时电解法生产二氧化锰的工艺流程为还原焙烧→浸出→净化→电解沉积。见图1。电解法生产二氧化锰过程中的电解反应
Energy is the foundation of the national economy. With the development of the national economy, on the one hand, energy demand has become increasingly tense, on the other hand, serious energy waste. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, China’s energy consumption per unit of output is 2-5 times that of the advanced countries. At present, China’s power and oil supply are still in a state of tension. Some power-production equipment can not be brought into play due to lack of power and even forced to stop production. Reduce power consumption, energy conservation is an urgent task of energy workers, save a lot of ways, and the most fundamental and most effective way is to develop new processes to reduce power consumption and save energy. First, respectively, electrolytic manganese dioxide and zinc power consumption of high manganese dioxide production of electrolytic and chemical methods are two, as the use of electrolysis. The process for the production of manganese dioxide by electrolysis using pyrolusite as the raw material is reduction roasting → leaching → purification → electrolytic deposition. see picture 1.
