2007年是实施电信业“十一五”规划的重要一年。新疆雏吾尔自治区通信管理局以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真贯彻自治区和原信息产业部各项工作部署,落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的目标要求,围绕“深入贯彻十六届六中全会精神,团结和带领全行业为构建和谐新疆做出积极贡献”这个中心,突出抓好“通信服务质量”、“网络与信息安全”两个重点,坚持科学管理,加强队伍和作风建设,提高整体素质,适应形势发展和任务要求;坚持以人为本、监管为民,营造公平有序的市场竞争环境,着力解决人民群众关注的热点问题;坚持依法行政,推进电信业战略转型,保障我区电信行业实现又好又快发展。
