目的:提取、分离鉴定剑叶木姜子的化学成分。方法:乙醇冷浸提取,乙醚萃取,硅胶柱层析分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-aristortetralone(1)、de-hydrodiisoeugenol(2)、dihydrodehydrodiconifery alcohol(3)、5,7-dimethoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxyflavan-3-ol(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxy-benzoic acid,5)、香草醛((vanillin,6)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterolm,7)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To extract, isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Jiang Jiang Zi. Methods: The extracts were extracted by ethanol cold extraction, extracted by ether and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as (-)-aristortetralone (1), de-hydrodiisoeugenol (2), dihydrodehydrodiconifery alcohol (3), 5,7-dimethoxy-3’, 4’-methylenedioxyflavan-3-ol. (4) p-hydroxy-benzoic acid (5), vanillin ((vanillin, 6), β-sitosterolm (7). Conclusion: The above compounds are from this plant for the first time. In the separation.
