我厂电工仪表所用的铝合金压铸件,要求合金内杂质铁含量不大于0.6%。为保证含铁量符合技术要求,原压铸铝合金采用硅碳棒电阻炉石墨坩埚保温,为900型压铸机供料。其缺点是熔化效率低,升温速度慢,硅碳棒易损坏,经常影响生产的正常进行。针对上述关键,在厂党委的大力支持下,车间组成了三结合攻关小组。遵照毛主席的教导:“我们的方针要放在什么基点上?放在自己力量的基点上,叫做自力更生。”
