目的 :比较Damon Q自锁托槽与传统托槽远移尖牙过程中龈沟液中白介素-1β(IL-1β)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)表达变化,探讨自锁托槽移动牙齿对牙周组织的影响。方法:选取需拔除上颌双侧第一双尖牙的恒牙列患者15例,年龄11~13岁。患者上颌一侧尖牙粘结自锁托槽,对侧尖牙粘结传统直丝弓MBT托槽,牙列排齐整平后,镍钛螺簧以100 g牵引力远移尖牙,在加力前、加力后1、24、72 h及1、2、3、4周分别提取上颌尖牙颊侧龈沟液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测龈沟液中IL-1β及PGE2含量。结果:正畸加力24 h后,自锁托槽组尖牙龈沟液中IL-1β含量明显升高,并在加力后72 h,其含量显著高于传统直丝弓托槽组,随后逐渐下降,在加力第4周,两者仍存在显著性差异;龈沟液中PGE2含量在加力后逐渐升高,在72 h自锁托槽组与普通托槽组有显著差异,并在第4周仍显著高于普通托槽组。结论:Damon Q自锁托槽与传统直丝弓托槽远移尖牙过程中,龈沟液IL-1β及PGE2含量变化存在差异,自锁托槽产生的生物学效应较强而持久。
Objective: To compare the expression changes of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in gingival crevicular fluid between Damon Q self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets during distal canine fossa movement. Weekly organization’s influence. Methods: Fifteen cases of permanent dentition with maxillary first bilateral pairs of teeth were selected, aged from 11 to 13 years old. Patients with maxillary side of canines bonded self-locking brackets, the contralateral canine bond traditional straight wire MBT brackets, dentition aligner, nickel titanium coil spring to 100 g traction far canine, in the Canadian force The anterior buccal gingival crevicular fluid was extracted at 1, 24, 72 h and 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after the force was applied. The levels of IL-1β and PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) content. Results: After 24 h of orthodontic force, the content of IL-1β in the gingival crevicular fluid of self-ligating brackets increased significantly, and at 72 h, the content of IL-1β was significantly higher than that of the traditional straight brackets group Gradually decreased. There was still significant difference between the two groups at the 4th week after force-taking. The content of PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid increased gradually after the application of force, and there was a significant difference between the self-ligating bracket group and the ordinary bracket group at 72 hours In the 4th week, it is still significantly higher than the ordinary brackets group. CONCLUSION: The changes of IL-1β and PGE2 contents in gingival crevicular fluid between Damon Q self-ligating brackets and traditional straight brackets are different. The biological effects of self-ligating brackets are strong and persistent.
